Our History
Warriors Creed Foundation is a Nonprofit 501c3 organization founded by Trevor Hoffman, a U.S Marine / Army veteran of 20 years with multiple deployments in combat.
During his time of transition out of the military and into civilian life the real struggles began. Having done many therapies, Trevor found them missing the broad spectrum of what is needed for veterans to truly recover from their combat experiences.
After seeing many of his teammates become a statistic by self-medicating and suicide — in addition to how hard it was on the families — it became Trevor's my mission to help by providing bonds with others with similar experiences.

Our Mission
Warriors Creed Foundation 's mission is to help veterans and their spouses navigate the P.T.S.D. and the invisible wounds of war by involving hem in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities intended to create long-lasting bonds.
